This truck has a state issued vin so it does have a salvage title, the vin listed is the original and its only listed bc that was the only way to get cars for sale to pull the options. I believe the truck was a theft recovery and not a rebuild, I have looked the truck over and it has no frame damage or obvious signs of repair.
